Meet theTeam

Tracey qualified as a veterinary nurse many years ago, spent time working in the vet industry and is now practice manager at Aquarius. She lives with her family, 2 poodle crosses (Dolly and Betty) and 1 cat (Ernie) and loves to grow and cook her own food, when she isn’t out and about holidaying in her motorhome.

Rob started Aquarius Vet Centre in Mildenhall in 1986. With a fondness for keeping busy, when he isn’t at the practice, he is busy training his German Longhaired Pointers and English Setter to participate in field trials.

Bobby is happiest in the consult room and her areas of interest are pain management (including the use of acupuncture) and ultrasound. She has written several books on horse and dog care. Outside of the practice, she shares her busy home with her family, 2 charismatic donkeys, Susie the rescue dog, Titch the cat and various chickens and quail.

Our dedicated surgeon Jeanne puts scrubs in for most of the surgery at Mildenhall and has a keen interest in internal medicine. She spends her spare time out of the operating room out and about with her horse and participating in sport.

Andrea has worked in many different veterinary settings from large animal, vet school/referral, small animal and even spent time as a vet in New Zealand. She is equally at home in the consult room as she is in theatre and can usually be found cuddling a dog somewhere in the practice! She shares her life with her lovely Border Terrier and away from work can be found on her bike.

Katie joined the Aquarius team in November 2023. She enjoys a mixture of surgery and consultations. When not at work, Katie spends most of the time with her cuddly little dog. Jasper. She is also passionate to explore the world, having recently spent four weeks travelling around Thailand.

Lou keeps the nursing team running smoothly in our practice. She has a certificate in Small Animal Nutrition and a degree in Behaviour, so spends most of her afternoons in socialisation and weight management clinics. She shares her house and busy life with her family, Roxy (her rescue dog), 3 cats, 2 tortoises, 2 guinea pigs and, quite often, a litter of kittens she is hand-rearing! Her passion is promoting stress-free vet visits.

Jeannie has been with the practice for over 20 years and her kind and friendly nature has unsurprisingly built a positive reputation with most of the people in Mildenhall. She shares her house with an Irish Setter, 3 cats and a collection of tortoises. Outside if her animal-oriented life,  Jeannie can usually be found running, swimming with the sharks in Mildenhall or raising money for cancer charities.

Hannah joined the practice just before she qualified in 2020. She shares her home with her young family and Skye, her husky cross. When she has time, she likes to go running and spend time at the gym. Hannah loves to spend time in nurse clinics, all the more so if they involve dealing with our more mature patients.

Lorna has been with the practice since she left school and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! She organises reception, prepares our insurance and travel paperwork and always greets people with a big, friendly smile. She shares her house with her family and dog Dudley (who is quite possibly the most spoilt dog we have ever known!)

Laura is just starting out in her veterinary career and her dream is to train and qualify as a veterinary nurse! She shares her home with her family and 2 labradoodles Rosie and Roxie. When she isn’t balancing her busy home and practice life she likes to take part in running events.
